Mr. Subodh Kumar Jain age 69 years was born in Delhi. He studied in St Columbus High School, New Delhi.  He  is a Graduate from Shri Ram College of Commerce, Delhi, India’s  premier Institute for Business Studies.   Mr. S.K. Jain belongs to an old business family in Delhi, established in early 40’s.  He is a 3rd generation member of the Siddho Mal Group of Cos., having diversified business activities   and which have promoted several successful family Cos. in india.   Mr. Jain has an experience of over 40 years in International Trade /Global  Marketing / Consultancy / Manufacturing / Finance / Project Development in Oil & Gas industry in Middle East etc.

He had travelled all over the world all these years, incl, attending Conferences & made Presentations in prestigious events worldwide.  As a Member,  he attended Annual Meetings of World Economic Forum in Dalian / Tianjin China , for several years (Summer Davos).  He was part of Delegation accompanying Hon. Prime Minister of India to South Korea in 1993.  He was part of Delegations accompanying Hon. President of India to Oman in 1994. Later in  Delegation accompanying then Hon. President of India Smt. Pratibha Devi Patil to UAE in November, 2010.

As a representative of the Group, he is a member of many of the Chambers of Commerce viz.,  FICCI/ CII/ ASSOCHAM /  PHD Chamber and several other Chambers associated with west Europe.  As a Member of prestigious Delhi Clubs,  he is involved in several social & cultural activities. 

He is also involved in family’s Philanthropic Activities.

He is married and has 3 daughters.
